Moderator Permissions/Forum Permissions ??

I'm new to Vbulletin still, and have yet to find a way to mass moderate my forums.
Where would I find the option to allow my moderators to moderate all forums, without super moderator status? I'd like them to move and edit all posts if necessary, but not be able to view IP's, Ban, and a couple other things.

I see under the forum manager I can add a moderator for each section, however it will take forever to add 3 moderators to every section! I also have 5 Support Team members who get to use very basic moderator permissions as well, so I really don't want to add and edit each one for each person manually.

Is there any way to get around this? I see a plugin listed that provides more admin/moderator functions... will this do the trick?
