default font size editor, still can't find solution

i want to change the default size when i post a message on the editor

the default size is 2....like this forum

how do i make the default to be 3 or 4?

so when i submit a post, the fonts will show up larger

any ideas? I asked on vbulletin.com, but they said to come here...
