Red X Skins

I follow the steps VERY Carefully and no matter what I am always get X's all over the place. I'm thinking it's something simple to fix in fact that's what I'm hoping.

Even if I go to the Style Manager and make the names of the Image paths go to folders I use on other skins that work they STILL show as X's. :ermm:
