vBadvanced CMPS link to Forums Help!

I need some help with the Navbar link to the forums area on my system.

In cmps I have a forum link and then back to the portal or cmps.

I have renamed the index file and then changed the name of cmps_index.php to index.php so that all the users go to the portal first. When I do this every thing works except when you click on the forums button nothing happens.

I went wrong some where here. Can some one help a Rookie Here!
