Steel Blue Skin: Which Template to edit/error

Hi,

I have recently installed the Steel Blue skin, which looks pretty nice (Element is my favorite

), but when not logged in, I can see all the defined meta keywords in the top bar like so : http://themotec.com/Forum/?styleid=29

Why is this? Which template file should I edit/is this a idfferent type of error?
