I don't see a Newbie section

Hello guys, I am totally new to vB and I'm trying to get my site going, but I have ALOT of questions. I am a TOTAL noob, so I'm having a hard time getting things to work. Anyway, where do I post my newbie questions? Maybe there should be a newbie section :nervous:
