A simply request with the Quote box and text.

I just hope I can describe this the best I can.

Here's what I would like:

For the actual quote box itself, I would like to have the same box that is used for the attached images thumbnail - the line around the box that says attachment, only it would say Quote instead). As for the text itself, I would like ALL the text to be in the small font size and style. For the top of the quote, where it lists the user that is being quoted, I would like just the name of the user in bold, then an "!" at the end, which is not bolded. Then I would like one line of space beneath it, then the actual quote of the person being quoted.

If anyone could help me out, that would be great. If you don't understand my exact request, that is fine too. I'm sure I could edit the small things to my liking.
