help me out please.. I wi...

I would like to add a drop down list of some options, lets say there are 2 options , one is Game: and the other is Movie: when the memebr makes a thread, they select one from the drop down, and it adds the one they choose infront of the title... how would I make a drop down list that when you choose an option it's added to the front of the title... ?? I have my child skin set, and everything, I just need to know how to do this edit... thanks
