automatically physically delete selected posts without redirect

I hope that makes sense. :ermm:

Basically, what I am looking for is when I select a thread or post to delete, it is automatically physically deleted, as opposed to being directed to the page that asks me if I wish to soft delete or physically delete the selected item.

Any suggestions?
