How do I create a front page?

I have started a new porn forum so I need to create a must be 18 or older from page before you enter the forum. How do I do this?

I need a front page like MOST PORN SITES that ask you if you are 18 or older to enter. Can some one create this? I need it pretty fast?

All the access you want for the person that does.. hehe!

Could anyone tell me how to do this? Do I just copy a index.php file?
