Opera tab reply issue

Howdy guys - at the official site (and on my own) if I try to hit tab after I respond to a post it flips past the "submit" button and on to the "preview" button. It's something to do with the "tabindex" code.

But here, it works!

What'd you do to fix the issue? I'd love any advice - I can't give up my precious Opera.
