Small bit of Help (Archive)

I've been trying to put a Message that displays only to guests..

However, it either disappears or displays to everyone...

So far ive tried

PHP Code:

{

}

and tried "is_member_of"..
In the archive_postheader hook..

Neither work..
Anyone have any idea or point me in the correct location.
