Forum index: a/html> in top left/ quick link doesn't work

This seemed the best forum to ask this, on the fourm/index page there is in plain text a/html> in top left corner, I can't seem to find where it's coming from, any ideas?

And also on the forum/index page when you click the "quick links" button the page just jumps to the top and thats it, but if go into a thread or category page it works just fine. Any ideas on this?
