Upgrade to a newer vBulletin version, that is usually a sign that you are running and older version and your host has upgraded PHP version to something such as 4.2.2. Upgrading to the latest version of vBulletin should fix that.

As for support, support queries such as this need to be posted in the official support forums at vbulletin.com.
