Forumhome stuff....

ok... at this image I attached I wanted to know fi anybody could help me find exactly where I would put the code for AFTER... repeat AFTER the forums... I have cat images on top... I wanted to make a row after the forums with bottom images... iv seen it done before so there must be a way.. thanks!

EDIT: I will be releasing this style when it is done... thanks!
