How about using the "who's on line", and see what they're doing. You might even save the HTML to a spreadsheet and sort by location.
I know it's not exactly what you're looking for, but getting the real time date as to to the bussiest pages in realtime may require a lot hacking, and it may slow down the server. An alternative would be to use a log analyzer offline, and then see the bussiest page of the day, once the logs have been analyzed.
