Forum post moderation issue after server move.

Hello all, I'm posting this here because this seems like the best place.

Well, I recently moved my forum to a new server, and I'm seeing a change in one forum, but none of the others. What happens is that whenever someone goes to post, their post needs to be moderated and approved before it is seen.

I've never turned this feature on, and it isn't on right now. But, it is just one forum. The forum is a special forum for people with over 1000 posts, and is invisable to all other users. I've checked the permissions for the forum and the secondary usergroup, all have moderation off. I've even checked moderation on, then off again, with no go.

My board is modified heavily, but what would cause this to crop up after a server move? Is there a way to fix it? Thanks.
