Tool to aid in MySQL tables relationships generation ?

Relationships aren't mapped out in MySQL tables, foreign keys are matched within queries and not within the database itself. I believe phpmyadmin does have a feature to print out db tables and relationships though. It's hidden somewhere deep inside of it
