help please - forum is going wrong

hey guys and gals, got a bit of a problem with my forum

installed some hacks today and all went really well, until i tried to instal one of the stats hack - i didnt realise the other admin had done this too, and so its all gone bad, sorry!

can anyone help ASAP please, i cant even get into my adminCP
