Some Moderation Improvements Needed

• I would like to add the post icon pull down menu on the moderation page, so that if a user has selected a post icon, the moderator can decide if that's the right icon or whether it should be changed to something different
• I would like to have the post say something like posted by: and have the name, and then approved by: and the mod's name who approved the post.

this is because im using a "moderated thread" as a news submission system .. to work with vbadvanced's news page.. and i want users to submit news (as a thread), it goes into the queue, then moderators can approve it .. however, i want the post on the front of vbadvanced to give credit (by having the names posted) of both the user submitting the news as well as the moderator/staffmembers's name.
