Block view of Forum by no# of post count?

please need from the coders help

I have find a hack to (( Only users with 200 or more posts )) put the fourms still shown in the main page is there any new hack that makes the sub-foum invisble to the users that havent the amount of posts
i have Attach the hack with the name of
(( Block-view-of-Forum.txt ))

And the exact hack that i am asking for is to limit the access to a forum based on a users post count?

Like "Only users with 200 or more posts" can see or use a certain special forum?

Its similar to the limit on changing your avatar based on post count.

Does this exist or can be done?
