Just figured Id throw the wormy out there...

Im looking to get my hands on what I believe would be a piece of cake add on for you coders out there. Im looking to get an add on to Vb that will list rental properties. With what im thinking it could also be used for real estate listings and other classifieds. For me I really just need the Rentals.

What id like to see is users to fill a preformated form and have the following features.

Ability for user to add listing themselves (moderated or not)
Have forum permission so we can allow charging if needed
Subscribe to thread (ie: notified when 3BR is avail)
Have a mapquest feature with the address
Searchable fields by features
Have Features customisable thru admincp
Photo adding
Add to Favorites (not very important)
Various sorts on various fields(dates, zip and price) and so on.

Everything seems pretty cut and dry & there may be some features I am missing however will be willing to PAY for this hack. I really need it so name your price.

Some of the the features arent that important however since I was sitting on santa's lap...
