COPPA limited user groups

I am setting up a forum at which I would like to have a set of sub-forums regarding adult content.

Is there a way to force users under 13 years of age to be able to select only from a set of specific user groups to which the adult content forums stay all hidden?

I´m setting this up with VBulletin 303.
