style help..
hi,
right i've pretty much always used VB out of the box and if i've every used a style its been someone elses which i've either altered very basically or just used. I'm now having a go at my first every style template for my website. I'm not a a web programmer in anyway shape or form so its all "suck it and see" stuff I'm doing. Anyway I'm having a problem and I'd like some help / pointers on where to look and start I'm trying to get the new boarder for my forum to scale with the size of the browser so when the horizontal "stretch beings i need to compensate for it. now i know that $stylevar[outertablewidth] is being pulled in from somewhere i'm asuming the style sheet stuff but I want to be able to alter this value somehow so that I can compensate for the left and right image sizes I'm using for the boarders As I say I'm a complete noobie here so I'm sure I'm going to get laughed at. I'll have loads more questions as I go along so If someone doesn't mind helping me through this i'd appriciate it xfx |
