Overlapping Form in Showthread problem

Colin thanks for your help (I couldn't respond sooner) but I am still puzzling. Because it's always one form that's working, i can't get them to work both at the same time :-(

I have added this (see below) after the first submit button but no change...

The form structure of the page was like this (before your suggestion):
