Custom Title after X ammout of days on the forums

Someone should make a hack where users can fill out a form for a custom title (like in the UserCP section it will say "custom title" and the users can put it in, and it will be sent to a admin / mod via PM so they can see if its appropriate, etc.)

But they need to have registerd on the forum X days to be eligible for the custom title. And after being registered for X days the form appears in userCP and they get a PM telling them they are eligble for it (automatic PM)

My idea is complex, but some1 might be able to make something similar. It would certainly be cool
