Would appreciate help from anyone with a few minor mods

Hi everyone. I wonder if you could help me modifying my VB alittlebit to have features I really really need. I would be very greatful for any hint

1. Being able to add a graphic symbol to users in a given user group ONLY IN ONE FORUM. (setting that will be applied per forum)

2. Being able to add a variable that contains HTML that will change from forum to forum, editable by the forum moderators.
