import/export avatar and smilie settings

has anyone made or would be interested in making a small script to export the avatar and smilie settings from your localhost so you can import em onto your live board.

i.e. i've got 900 avatars, most are in seperate sub directories, some of them you need more than 50 posts to use, some you need more than 100 posts to use, now importing these manually takes up a bit of time, os i was wondering if i could just use a script to export those settings so i could just run an import script when i upgrade my liveboard to vb3
