Scrollable Drop Down Menu (Quick Links)

If someone has a smaller resolution or their page is scrolled down about half way and they click on the Quick Links menu, you can't see the bottom part of it, nor can you can you click on the bottom links. I'm wondering if there's a way to add a scrollable drop down menu (maybe drop like 2 inches) and have a scroll bar in it to view several links. Thanks!
