Moreover, payment for Hacks is not allowed on vB.org, and as far as I gather from vB.org and vB.com Staff, your proposal would fall under that mention and thus not be allowed to begin with.

I wasnt suggesting that anyone pay for hacks. I was suggesting a small fee be paid to the individual who validates and certifies a hack. Similar to the way your Service Requests forum operates.
