multiples sites w/ one set of code?
are there issues with running multiples sites w/ one set of code?
i am running around 10 different forums which will be using separate databases. instead of having 10 directories with 10 separate copies of the vbulletin code, i was thinking of having all of the forum domains point to one single directory, and then having the config.php dynamically assign a tableprefix based on the url. can anyone think of a reason why this wouldn't work? also, is it ok to have 10 different table sets in the db? is that too much? -v |
