URL processing problem

I'm sorry guys, I'm not sure if this is the right place to post this problem but It's probably simple for you. I installed alot of hacks on my board as well as a downloaded style with lots of template modifications. My forum is working grand after a month of work but it has a tiny problem.

If I put a link like http://www.trickstutorials.com

it adds a trailing slash at the end always, so it be like

http://www.trickstutorials.com/

it adds it to all the links posted in the forum, and I'm not sure where to find the fix. I've checked admin/functions and didn't see it there (maybe I missed it), do you guys have any clue where it could be?
