Notify users about Old Topic or post ???

Hi,

Is it possible to notify users that the topic they are viewing is very old ?

I know they can see the date but many users forget that :ermm:

So i'd like to have a text or image on top of every topic page that is older then ......... (fill in a date) that displays. NOTE : THIS TOPIC IS OLD or something like that.

Can someone help me with this.
