Default Avatar...

I have searched for this and haven't found it - please direct me if I somehow missed it.

I'm looking for a way to have all new members get a default avatar. I'm not worried if they can change it or not...just wanting a specific avatar to come up as default. I inquired @ vBulletin.com to make sure that this was indeed a 'hack' - and was informed that it was.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
