Best way to duplicate threads in 2 different forums

I have a need on my site to create 2 threads in different areas of my forum at the same time based upon a single post (as oppose to manually creating 2 threads with the same thing)

This is something that would be limited to posts in a specific forum that would use Prefixes to highlight where the duplicate thread would be created.

Edit - is there a way that this can happen?
