I'm not and I'm not looking to.

I want to be able to use the login API. Unfortunately I guess I'm using it too much as it appears to be locking. The way I'm using it it would make good sense it may be tripping a security measure.

In which case how can I monitor that? And can some one teach me up on how to properly use the login API securely?
