Mod Drop Down - Good or EVIL?

I always hear from people saying the Mod Drop Down sucks on sites and looks horrible and amatuerish, while other people love it to death. Personally I like the moderator list hack, like these forums have to display moderators, so I'm going with EVIL. But what do you all think, I much rather ask the hackers and Vbulletin owners

Hopefully this poll has not been created before.
