Looking for a video-ads publishing network

Hello I need some suggestions for a site I'm going to make.
Adsense is not suitable for my project because of its policy. What I need to do is "making available features" only if you watch a video advertisement (can't be more specific as it's top secret ) and I should be paid for each view.
I already have seen something similiar to this on a game in the play store called "Retry" it lets you unlock checkpoints using in-game money or watching 30seconds ads.
So i need someone that would give me these random ad videos (only ads) and possibly pay well
Do you know any company that responds to my needs? Any suggestions is really much appreciated, I'm a bit lost
