You need to go into the stylevars.
AdminCP > Styles & Templates > Style Manager > Edit Stylavars 9in the dropdown on the right next to the new style)

In the resulting screen is a search bix up at the top. Type "font" and it will filter.
Then click on each result to see the current settings over on the right, these can be edited and saved.
