[vB v3.8.7] Help with a custom forumdisplay template.

Hello vB.org community!
I don't really post here, but I am really in need of help from some more skilled vB "skinners".

I've been working on a custom vB 3 style for a while now, but I just cant seem to make the forumdisplay template to look the way I want...

Wish list:
> I want the the 1st row removed so that the 1st row the forum icon row.
> Make it so that the "New Thread" link is in the tcat.
> Sticky threads have a tan-ish background with the sticky thread icon moved to the front of the threads name.
> Have it so when a thread is locked, the threads post icon will change to the locked post icon.

Basically, I want it to look exactly like that image I linked above.
