I see why Google did this ... it looks like part of your first post's content and it can get accidental clicks by your members .... you would have to add the long 728 by 90 add instead and Google should have no problems with that ...

Use ozzy's mod [OzzModz] Advertisement Inside First/Last Post and you should be fine ...Google hasn't sent me a warning for this at all so you should be fine and I am using this mod here ...
