VB user and having a problem

this is the only place I am allowed to post since I am not a VB owner

any ways I will get to the point .. I was visiting a VB owner website while he was updating the style and changed it ... but I can't view the new style ? all I see is broken picture links from this PC ... if I use any other PC it works just fine .. I tryed refreash many many times .. .. I deleted the temp files ,, I even used windows washer ... it will work perfect .. but when I restart my PC it will go back to show the broken picture links

I am using IE6 on win xp

can you please tell me what should I do to view the VB ?
