Attachment System Not working.

Hi,

We are facing problem in our attachments system which is not working even for a small size file. This was hipping with all members even with admin & staff.
I am attaching 2 screens shorts to assume what is actual problem.

in this screen an error message showing

in this screen only blank screen showing nothing else.

I also tried https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=293388 but same result

Kindly advise to solve this issue.
