Help! Site might have been Hacked.

I am not sure if this is the right section to post it in but if it isn't I'm sorry.

I logged in today and find an image all the way at the bottom of my site, picture is below.

I do not know where on green earth this image is located. If anyone can help me by pinpointing where someone could put this image, I'm all ears. My account didn't get hacked and I didn't give my password to anyone so I'm very confused on how this could be happening.

Please help if possible.
