Endless Thread Scroll

Are there any mods out there that exist to make a forum thread scroll "endlessly", sort of like a facebook or twitter feed?

Example:

Thread has 30 posts. When the user visits the thread initially only 10 are shown, but as the user scrolls more are loaded as they go? I tried looking for some stuff but couldn't find anything.
