Total Post Count

We migrated our forum from a hosted solution. We had posts that went all the way back to 2008 but we started in 2003. On the hosted solution, it did keep a counter of all posts since 2003 but what we migrated is about 500,000 less than our total post count.

What I am trying to do is to adjust the total post that show on the forum home page in vbulletin. It's showing 800,000+ posts when in actuality since inception - we have about 1.4 million posts.

Is there anyway to change that number? Thanks for any info.
