Check out Lunar pages they're dirt cheap and you get a lot for your money and give you ssh...etc

I'm not with them as i have a dedicated box with server hosts in my country and i'm not known or affiliated with them, i just know someone who's been with them years running a forum as well as many other sites and he's very happy.
