Integrate "pintrest" like uploading pictures by users

I would like to add some type of similar grid/pintrest page to my site, that will load more pictures as your scroll down.. in a uniform grid word..

Its a fishing site and it will be like the "trophy" wall for the all the members.

All i want is users to be able to upload pictures and have it automatically posted to this page.

I'm looking for a starting point.. is this a custom PHP job, or could it be done with alternative ways?

Is there a way to to this in the CMS so it still has the same header and layout of the website?

Ok so I found a "solution" to use jquery commands here http://masonry.desandro.com/index.html

Now my only task now is figuring out how to link the A CMS page to this jquery code...
