Replace/redirect links for guests

Hello

How can I replace links for guests in the following way.

If there is a link in a thread the guest will see the link and can klick on it.
The link looks like the original/the right link.
But the link doesn't lead the guest to the right site.
It will redirect to site specified by me, www.google.com for example.
