vBulletin Stripping Down?

Hey everyone,

I am looking for something that sounds pretty easy, since I've seen some awesome advanced vb'ers around here.

Here's what I'm looking to do:

I'm looking to remove the forums part of my vbulletin... I only want it so that people can register an account, and use the profile feature of this amazing software. So that people can have a profile to upload images to and message people. Nothing fancy, but rather simple like that...
I can look into how to make the homepage revert to like a custom page that doesn't use the forums but allows the searching/indexing of users.

Please can anyone help me?
